How do I contact record labels to ask permission to send a press kit?

I have a passion for singing and songwriting, and I was wondering how I can contact record labels, music producers, manger etc… to ask permission to send them my press kit? Any tips.

Google the specific record label direct, there should be an email or phone number somewhere.
