Music Records

I have a Windows computer and I would like to professionally record my music. I don’t know what program to use. Does anyone have suggestions? What I would want to use is my electric piano. I have a MIDI cord for it, but not a program. I would love if someone could help me out.

I use CakeWalk and SoundForge.
CakeWalk is the sequencing software, and can record and stack tracks.
SoundForge is a wave editor to touch things up when I need to.
