So I haven’t read … So I haven’t read all 1200 comments or so on this topic, and really have no desire to. My simply input on “abortion” is, until that fetus is born and detached from the mother, it is a parasite. It is solely surviving off it’s host. Until that is in my phone book, it’s not a person. (Thank you Bill Hicks)
the single human is … the single human is worth a lot to you if its someone you know.
although i agree that every person that has more than two kids should be forced to serve society for their stupidity. 6.8 billion most people cant wrap their heads around that number
i’d have to agree, … i’d have to agree, when there are several billion of us, makes ya wonder just how much we’re worth.
humanity and its achievements ,as far as we know, are worth a large sum, but the singular human being. worthless.
Trust me when I say … Trust me when I say, you can’t really comment on something like this until ou have actually “been there”. I used to be disgusted with those who chose abortion, and still kind of am. But now that I think about the son/daughter I could’ve had, I really start to wonder if human life is really as valuable as people make it out to be. I’d like to think so, but I haven’t seen anything that justifies its worth that so many people give it.
we can justify … we can justify anything – we think we’re enlightened and have learned from the past – we have enslaved based on race, degraded based on gender, genocide based on religion and mass murder based on age – we are all no better than the worst monsters in history by justifying the killing of 50 -100 million unborn annually. So you’d rather kill than have the burden of a child? – how about the burden of a sick family member – or an old grandparent – lets kill them all..? – cool song by the way
trying to put a … trying to put a definite line on what stage of development something is really ‘human’ is silly. reality is more than absolutes – there’s a whole universe in between.
For your knowledge, … For your knowledge, one needs a bit of sperm end a mature follicle to start and then talk about a form of life (human). I really have some doubts about the way you try to strengthen your state of view.
Think man THINK! fgs
So what actually is … So what actually is it then what makes a fetus a human? I didn’t here you saying one argument which makes reel sense.
Or do you think that as soon as the unborn leaves the mother it suddenly becomes a human by means of the mothers fingers tipping the switch ‘human off-on’ in the ‘on’ position?
All i say is: think man, THINK!
Agreed. However you … Agreed. However you know someone else will come by and start this cycle of BS over again once our posts are knocked down out of view.
Are you actually … Are you actually comparing finger nails to an embryo? lol Maybe you should start by reading the Hippocratic Oath which our western medicine is based on.
I’m a student of … I’m a student of philosophy. I’m well aware of the arguments for and against abortion. Nat Hentoff is a historian and a jazz critic, hardly a biophysicist! He’s not qualified to comment professionally.
Considering a fetus a human is like considering your clipped fingernails human. Sure, maybe the fetus has the POTENTIAL to grow into a human, but so does the sperm in a used condom. Should I not use a condom for fear of “killing” babies.
So you’re asking me … So you’re asking me to see things in a broader perspective than reality. Interesting.
And just because a parent CONSIDERS their fetus more of a human than a used condom, doesn’t make the fetus a human. Killing a cat is more immoral than killing a fetus because a cat has more sentience.

No entiendo por qué …
No entiendo por qué en la versión latina de House no usan esta música para el intro. Lo que ponen en su lugar es una bazofia.
Massive Attack suena mucho mejor.
¿Alguien sabe la razón?
