Lyrics

Time, is going by, so much faster than I,
And I’m starting to regret not
spending all of here with you.
Now I’m, wondering why, I’ve
kept this bottled inside,
So I’m starting to regret not
telling all of it to you.
So if I haven’t yet, I’ve gotta let you know…

[Chorus:]
You’re never gonna be alone!
From this moment on, if you ever
feel like letting go,
I won’t let you fall…
You’re never gonna be alone!
I’ll hold you ’til the hurt is gone.

And now, as long as I can,
I’m holding on with both hands,
‘Coz forever I believe
That there’s nothing I could need but you,
So if I haven’t yet, I’ve gotta let you know…

You’re never gonna be alone!
From this moment on,
If you ever feel like letting go,
I won’t let you fall.
When all hope is gone,
I know that you can carry on.
We’re gonna see the world out,
I’ll hold you ’til the hurt is gone.

Ooooh!
You’ve gotta live every single day,
Like it’s the only one, what if
tomorrow never comes?
Don’t let it slip away,
Could be our only one,
You know it’s only just begun.
Every single day,
Maybe our only one, what if tomorrow never comes?
Tomorrow never comes…

Time, is going by, so much faster than I,
And I’m starting to regret not
telling all of this to you.
So if I haven’t yet, I’ve gotta let you know…

You’re never gonna be alone!
From this moment on, if you ever
feel like letting go,
I won’t let you fall.
When all hope is gone, I know
that you can carry on.
We’re gonna see the world out,
I’ll hold you ’til the hurt is gone.

I’m gonna be there always,
I won’t be missing one more day,
I’m gonna be there always,
I won’t be missing one more day.

Is our media industry manipulated to Jewish interest or bias (especially in terms of celebrity)?

April 192010

This is a cultural observation. UK has a high percentage of its media owned and controlled by Jewish interest-from Warner Brothers to Geffen Records. in the realms of media, TV, comedy, entertainment, music and film; most of the most famous celebrities with the most exposure and fame seem to be of a Jewish cultural background: Sarah Jessica Parker, Rupert Murdoch, Racheal Stevens, Amy Winehouse, Mark Ronson, Sharon Osborne, Alan Yentob,Joan Rivers, Courtney Love, Lili Allen, Avril Lavine, David Lee Roth, Gwen Stefani,Lindsay Lohan, Barry Manilow, Gwyneth Paltrow, Alan Sugar, David Beckham

You have named two companies and 18 celebrities, (from over a 30 year period). If I had the time and inclination, I could name a couple hundred media companies and several thousand celebrities who *aren’t* Jewish. What exactly is your point?

whats the name of this song? it was on billy madison?

Now everybody have you heard
If youre in the game, then the strokes the word
Dont take no rhythm, dont take no style
Got a thirst for killin, grab your vile…

You put your right hand out give a firm hand-shake
Talk to me about that one big break…
Spread your ear-pollution both far and wide…
Keep your contributions by your side and stroke me, stroke me
Could be a winner boy, you move quite well…
You got your number down…
Say youre a winner but man youre just a sinner now

You put your left foot out keep it all in place…
Work your way right into my case
First you try to bed me you make my backbone slide
But when you found you bled me– skip on by… keep on—stroke me, stroke me
Give me the business all night long…
Youre so together boy…
Say youre a winner but man youre just a sinner now

Better listen now (said) it aint no joke
Let your conscience fail ya, just do the stroke
Dontcha take no chances keep your eye on top
Do your fancy dances
you cant stop you just stroke me, stroke me

The Stroke
Billy Squier

What are your opinions on Prince?

April 132010

His music? His general style? His troubles with the Warner Bros record company in the 1990s? Other thoughts/anything about him in general?
Aaaand I see someone else beat me to this question (kind of). Damn…
Don’t worry, no thumbs down from me here :P

He is a one of a kind,he likes to think outside the box,is unique and creative and is one of the most talented yet underated artists out there.

Where Can I Ask For Rights To Use A Song?

April 122010

I want to make videos for YouTube, preferably using a song by Linkin Park. The only problem is that I’ve had copyright claims before. I get my music legally, and I’m not charging people to hear it. Where’s the problem?

I would like to ask Warner Bros. Records for permission to use Linkin Park’s songs, but I don’t know if there’s an email address I have to message, or if I have to buy the rights.

If I can’t do this for free, how can I get LP music on YouTube? Should I try putting the copyright info in the video description?

Also, if none of this works, are there any sites that are more lenient on copyrights than YouTube?

Warner Bros. Records is controlled by Warner Music Group

I found this information on the Warner Music Group website:

If you are interested in using the actual sound recording by an artist on a WMG record label, a good place to start is by calling our licensing company Warner Special Products at (818) 953-7900. If you are interested in using a musical composition that is published or administered by our music publishing company, Warner/Chappell Music, Inc., you should visit the Warner/Chappell web site at www.warnerchappell.com [ http://www.warnerchappell.com/ ] where you will find a useful song search tool. In addition, by going to www.onestoptrax.com [ http://www.onestoptrax.com/ ], users can access pre-cleared music from a wide variety of artists.

Good luck…

The Pretenders – Back On The Chain Gang HD

April 122010

“Back on the Chain Gang” is a single by The Pretenders released in November 1982. The song was also released on The King of Comedy soundtrack album (March 1983) and later included on The Pretenders’ next album Learning to Crawl in January 1984. It reached number five on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 (the band’s highest charting U.S. single), number four on Billboard’s Top Tracks chart and number 17 in the United Kingdom.
The song was originally going to be about Ray Davies, leader of the band The Kinks. Hynde and Davies were a couple and had a daughter together, but the meaning of the song changed after James Honeyman-Scott, the Pretenders guitarist, died of a drug overdose at the age of 25 in 1982.
The memorable chain-gang chant heard during the chorus of the song echoes a similar chant on Sam Cooke’s song “Chain Gang.”

R&P: What do you think of the band "Billy Talent"?

April 102010

Billy Talent (formerly known as Pezz) is a Juno award-winning Canadian band. formed in 1993 in Mississauga, Ontario. The band consists of Ben Kowalewicz (lead vocals), Ian D’Sa (lead guitar and backing vocals), Jon Gallant (bass guitar and backing vocalist) and Aaron Solowoniuk (drums and percussion). The band existed for almost a decade before mainstream success. The members met and played in high school under the name Pezz and remained underground in Toronto’s indie music scene until 2001. The band renamed itself Billy Talent after running into legal trouble with the old name. It was then that Kowalewicz’s connection with a worker in Warner Music Canada’s A&R landed the band a record deal and launched them into mainstream success. Since then, Billy Talent has made two multi-platinum records in Canada, and continues to expand their success overseas, this included touring for 20 months supporting their third album. They released their fourth album Billy Talent III on July 14, 2009.

I always like to support members who take the time to share new music with us. I’m sorry that they aren’t my cup of tea, but its great to try to turn people on to different kinds of music

thank you!

Lyrics

She puts her makeup on
Like graffiti on the walls of the heartland
She’s got her little book of conspiracies
Right in her hand
She is paranoid like
Endangered species headed into extinction
She is one of a kind
She’s the last of the American girls

She wears her overcoat
For the coming of the nuclear winter
She is riding her bike
Like a fugitive of critical mass
She’s on a hunger strike
For the ones who won’t make it for dinner
She makes enough to survive
For a holiday of working class

She’s a runaway of the establishment incorporated.
She won’t cooperate
She’s the last of the American girls

She plays her vinyl records
Singing songs on the even of destruction
She’s a sucker for
All the criminals breaking the laws
She will come in first
For the end of the western civilization
She’s an endless war
Like a hero for the lost cause
Like a hurricane
In the heart of the devastation
She’s a natural disaster
She’s the last of the American girls

She puts her makeup on
Like graffiti on the walls of the heartland
She’s got her little book of conspiracies
Right in her hand
She will come in first
For the end of western civilization
She’s a natural disaster
She’s the last of the American girls
