I need a way to record my music with good results but, I have no money. Or not enough at least. I need the best way to record music at home at a price that is as close to free as possible.

I have a Windows computer and I would like to professionally record my music. I don’t know what program to use. Does anyone have suggestions? What I would want to use is my electric piano. I have a MIDI cord for it, but not a program. I would love if someone could help me out.

CakeWalk is the sequencing software, and can record and stack tracks.
SoundForge is a wave editor to touch things up when I need to.

I was curious as to whether or not there is a way to record music onto your hard drive when that music can only be played through web-based players (such as Myspace and Yahoo Music).

I am trying to record some music from the web but don’t seem to be able to fiqure it out.
Google "freecorder". It’s a free plugin that you can use to record anything playing on your browser.
