Here is another question about copyright. First of all my favorite is 2 Unlimited as the song No Limit was my very first favorite when I first started to like music. Now I have 2 of their albums on CD. Real Things and Hits Unlimited. Hits Unlimited is the best one! In a charity shop though I found this 2 Unlimited album with no name on the cover. The cover is green and it does have the 2 Unlimited logo on with the name. The songs are on it as well. I know that this is their very first album in 1992 called get ready. Then the tape its self looks very strange. Someone has written 2 Unlimited in a silver gel pen at the top of it and the rest of the writing from the manifacture says "High quality sound for listening pleasure for song titles please see lable". Then another bit says "The perfect Hi Fi sound collection DIGITAL MASTERING". I don’t know what that is all about. I do know now looking a the bottom of the tape that it still has the things that usualy appear on a recording tape. Someone told me that it was a special copy of it. Also there is a simular one that someone else bought me from a charity shop of the 1985 album Now that’s what I call Music 6. I love those albums. The tape says "Thomsun 60", on it and someone has stuck a lable over it with the names of the songs on now 6. The things at the bottom of this tape though have been punched out making it look like a real copy. Now last of all at a table top sale I bought this Scotch 90 thinking it was a blank tape but it has 2 1980s albums on it that someone has recorded. One by the Pet Shop Boys and one by The Communards. I forgot the name of that Pet Shop Boys one with In the Night on and that one with Dogs Barking on and West End Girls. I know it was someting like the Pet Shop Boys Disco as I know someone who has got it somewhere. As for that Communards one though I have not got a clue. All I can say about that album is that it has the Don’t leave me this way song on. Why do people get away with selling cassettes illegal? Also I want to see if anybody can find the legal copy of these albums that I have mentioned except for now 6 as I mamaged to get a legal copy of it. Soon I will be getting a card to use online. Here are the albums I want you to look for again.

Also who ever made those illegal copys nobody will ever know!

Copying is illegal for us but it is perfectly ok for manufacturers to sell copying machines .

Them tapes are maybe 20 years old , they have been thrown around , soaked and battered but they still work fine .
CD’s if treated with extreme caution last maybe a week before they get damaged .

If it’s ok for them to rip us off then its ok for us to rip them off i say !

About a month ago I started my own independent rap music label called Super King Records. To help in the promotion of by label, I legally changed my name to Super King.

My 16 year old son, whose legal name is Gaylord Q. Tinkledink, is going to be the star of my label. You see, he is a very excellent rapper. But unfortunately, with a name like Gaylord Q. Tinkledink, his rap career is going to have a hard time taking off, and so will my rap label!

So I told my wife that I was going to have him legally change his name to Knuckles J. Murder, and my wife said it was ok, but my son said he didn’t want to do it!!! He said that it would be a slap in the face of all the Tinkledink’s who went before him and he didn’t want to be a sell out like me!!! I can’t believe he would betray me like this!!!

I don’t know what to do with him!! He’s a very talented rapper and without him, my rap lable will never flourish, but with a name like Gaylord Q. Tinkledink, I will have a hard time marketing him. I mean, that’s the whole reason I changed my name from Irwin J. Tinkledink to Super King!!!

Please help me!!! I don’t know what to do about my stubborn son!!!!

who named him gaylord in the first place??

“Break Your Heart” is a single by Taio Cruz, the first single from his album Rokstarr. It was released on September 14, 2009. It was released to iTunes on Sunday 13 September and was on BBC Radio 1’s A-List. The song debuted at #1 on the UK Singles Chart on Sunday September 20, 2009. The song remained #1 for three weeks before dropping three places to #4.

On 3rd January 2010, “Break Your Heart” entered the UK Top 40 once more, current peaking at #38

“Break Your Heart” was originally penned for Cheryl Cole. The R&B star said that he wrote two songs for Cole’s debut solo album, but her record label did not contact him about the tracks. “I wrote a couple of songs for Cheryl Cole, and ‘Break Your Heart’ was one of them, ‘Stand Up’ was another one, which is on her album, but we sent both of the songs to her record label and we didn’t really hear back from them,” Cruz told MTV News. “We just thought if they’re not going to get back to us, we’ll just carry on moving so I took it back, and changed the verses and made it work for a guy and then put it out.” Cruz also added that the label got back to him after they had listened to a track but the song had already been sent to radio and would have been difficult to get back.

The song was written and produced by Cruz and Fraser T. Smith and was released on September 14, 2009. It debuted at #1 in the UK becoming the singer’s first UK number one single. The song achieved similar success on the Irish Singles Chart peaking at #2, becoming Cruz’s first Top 10 single in that region.

Speaking of the song’s lyrical background, Cruz told noted R&B writer Pete Lewis of the award-winning Blues & Soul: “Its about breaking a girl’s heart, but in a way that’s kinda not on purpose. It’s more that I’m just a single guy, trying to BE single and trying to REMAIN single. And sometimes, when you are in that place, you get girls who wanna be a part of what you’re about – but, because you’re not really ready for a relationship, those girls can end up being heartbroken. So what I’m basically saying is ‘I might just break your heart. But I’m only gonna break your heart if you come through this way right now’.”

okay I have noticed there are alot of people on here that want to be singers I am wondering what are you planning on doing to get their I am a singer/ songwriter/musician just want to see some thoughts on this I already know that I also want to be a record producer and start my own lable and that and do other things in the music idustry besides sing but I want to hear what others want to do
I don’t plan on getting into the music industry by just my voice i plan on going to school first and do intermships and than they will trust me so I will see if they will listion to my demo all while still doing school and working my way up to be a record producer and getting ready to start my own lable

Well I’m hoping to become a singer some day. I want to go on broadway though, so I’m going to go to college for Musical Theatre. When I am older and get a job [I'm only 13 currently], I thought of being a wedding singer [do the Idina Menzel thing] to make some money and get singing experience. I do theatre already, in choirs, and try to sing whenever I can. In the future, when I am waiting for my break, I will probably do singing/acting jobs on the side while working as a music teacher. I do love singing, but I need a backup job just incase I don’t make it in the biz. Thats my plan. =]
